When sharing with medical center users, be sure to share to their Ohio State Wexner Medical Center email addresses.Once they accept your invitation to the file, they will be able to see those files under their “Shared with you” tab.Notify your collaborators after you have migrated to OneDrive for Business, then re-share files.Remember, users in the medical center are considered “external users.” users not using it, but you can share with both types of users. The sharing experience is very different for users of Microsoft 365 vs. You can share the access with as many as you want and can also give only read to some and read/write access to others. If you dont restore a user account within this time, their OneDrive content is deleted. That way, members of the family can access that shared folder. You can create a shared folder in OneDrive (it already has a Public folder by default) that you can share the link for.
